Glowing green Smoothie



Who doesn't want a healthy glowing skin and what if it comes with a great healthy body?
Wow! Now that's simply awesome! This smoothie may help you achieve that if you drink it regularly.

Ingredients:

Mixed greens (Spinach, Kale, Romaine lettuce) - 2 cups, packed
Banana - 1 large
Orange - 1 large
Juice of 1 lemon/lime
Pineapple - 1/2 cup
Celery - 1/4 cup
Water - 1 cup
Ice cubes - 2-3

Method:

- Blend all the ingredients in a powerful blender. Server chilled.

Tips:

- You can go crazy with this smoothie. Add carrots, beetroot, anything that is healthy but you just wont eat as is, you can toss it in this smoothie and you wont even notice.

Healthy twist:

- This is my most healthiest creations ever! As a beginner, I would suggest to go half n half with the portions of fruits and veggies and as you get used to the taste, increase the veggies and decrease the fruits.
