Ingredients:
Pineapple - 1/4 cup
Ripe sweet Mangoes - 1/4 cup
Banana - 1 large
Sugar 2 tbsp
Fresh cream - 1/4 cup
Ice cubes - 2-3
Method:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender to form a smoothie.
Tips:
- Use canned fruits or pulp if not available freshly
Healthy twist:
- Substitute the cream with coconut water or plain water
- Skip the sugar or use Stevia
